Our bodies capture and hold all that we are as unique human beings. At FUEL, we believe separating physical and mental health is impossible. To embody is to feel and discover; to move is to process and regenerate.

Somatic and movement based therapies are often integrated into therapy sessions, with client permission.

For now…

…take a deep breath in through your nose, hold, now slowly breathe out through your mouth.

…relax your shoulders, unclench your jaw, and release your tongue.

…close your eyes or turn away from your screen and let your eyelids get heavy.

…find a short mantra that resonates with you and repeat it as you breathe in and out, slowly and intentionally.
